What is friendship for to you?
I am someone who really appreciate friendship. Most of my friend knows about that. I care about my lover, my family member, last but not least, my friend. I couldn't live without them.
Sometimes, I realise that some people really take friendship for granted. When they have problem, they will ask the help from you. When they break up or argue with the boy friend or girl friend, they will call you out to talk to you.
But...but... Once they are happily-ever-after with the partner, friendship? What is that?
Yam char? Not free, tired, busy with work, need to watch movie with boy friend, bla bla bla...
Friend for them is always at the last place. Unless their boy friend or girl friend not free, family member not free, colleague not free, client not free, then only will give the outing opportunity to their friend.
Although some of my friends are like that, I have scolded them, angry with them, remind them that they couldn't do so anymore. Still every time when they call me out, when they are hurt by the boy, I am still there for them.

Often, you care for people that doesn't care for you.. While people who cares for you, you never realised them..
It's too hard to find a friend who is treating you the same as how you treated him/her...
If you have one, treasure him/her..

agree with uncle that "difficult to leave". some friend although rarely hang out together, but the friendship is never disappear.

hmmm....for me, my life need to have family, my lover, and my friend only consider complete. I cannot live with only family and lover.

Hi there,
I should say I agree a lot with what you've said. Ever since I moved thousand miles away, I start to realise many of my friend is a "happen to be on the same office/school/activity" kind of friend. When distant, husband, boyfriend, children, arrive... soon they forget about what our friendship is all about. But it's not all bad. Moving away make me realise there is a "handful" of my friend that truly are friend indeed, does not matter how far, how incovenience, how impossible, they still try to do their best, to be my friend :-)
